In a career of 25 years, Richard Boalch has worked in a variety of banking and finance roles starting in general banking in 1989 he was the friendly face of the Commonwealth Bank at Mona Vale, Warriewood Square and Seaforth. At the other end of the spectrum, he has worked in corporate treasury with a Japanese multinational and as a dealer in Westpac's financial markets business for 11 years. More recently, Richard has developed expertise in financial planning and mortgage broking in the AMP network.

As you embark on your home or investment purchase or consider refinancing an existing mortgage, you can draw on Richard's deep understanding of how the financial markets operate and the external factors which may impact the housing market and interest rate movements.

Richard also knows that lifestyle changes can affect a family's plans for the future. He encourages forward thinking and exit strategies to help clients adapt to changing circumstances. Richard works with his clients on a continuing basis to help them get the most out of their home loan.

Richard founded Linespeed Mortgages to bring his financial skills and expertise to his local community. He lives in Warriewood with his wife and two young children, is a Sea Eagles diehard and, passionate about local sports. Richard enjoys playing touch football most Sunday mornings and golden oldies rugby.
